John Armstrong, founder of MAGIC Health & Wellness, has a gift for inviting people to move their bodies, and in doing so, move their lives. John's passion is developing the wisdom of the human body. His discovery is that our bodies want to move harmoniously, with intention, connection and lightness. Sometimes, the body just needs a little support or coaching.
John grounds his wisdom in the power of personal experience. Overcoming childhood asthma, medications and grief from his father's premature death were keystones for developing an acute body consciousness and passion for vitality.
John supports his clients in embracing the whole of their lives and moving in harmony with their life force. He helps people change their lives through the processes of reclaiming their dreams, remembering principles of movement and recreating daily practices.
For two decades, John has studied and led health, wellness and movement programs that inspire, empower and awaken people into their lives. From the U. of Minnesota, Duluth he holds a degree in Psychology and Dance and is a certified Trager Practitioner with the U.S. Trager Association. (www.tragerus. org)
