John Armstrong, founder of MAGIC Health and Wellness, is gifted in inviting people to engage in the whole of their lives, to become mindful of their movement and express their own unique wellness lifestyle.

John grounds his wisdom in the power of personal experience. Overcoming childhood asthma, medications and grief from the premature death of his father are the keystones for developing his acute body consciousness and passion for health and wellbeing.

Enliven Where You Live™ is John's current training program for individuals and groups. 2009 marked the beginning of his somatic education practice after receiving certification from the U.S. Trager Association (www.tragerus.org) and a B.A. in Psychology and Dance from the University of Minnesota - Duluth.

He is also CEO and owner/operator of The MAGIC Painting Company (1998) a Twin Cities based progressive house painting business (www.magicpainting.com). In 2006, the Star Tribune cited Magic Painting as one of the top four painting companies in the Twin Cities. Since 2001, Magic Painting has also been continually recognized as a Super-Service Award Winner from Angie's List.

John lives, gardens and celebrates the seasons among family and friends in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
